This was a highly successful project under a Design and Construct procurement framework that delivered a quality facility on time, within budget, and with positive educational outcomes.

BSPN collaborated with the contractor and college to continually refine and develop the design, ensuring the intent was retained through rigorous testing of the budget against the brief.

At the epicentre of the campus, the Centre for Learning & Innovation (CLI) is purposefully located to reactivate the school heart and create an active hub where all paths lead and intersect.

Embedded in the landscape, the building perimeter is an assembly of diverse socio-spatial environments for learning, interaction and engagement. The extended landscape blurs the boundaries by connecting exterior and interior.

A place where minds are engaged and inspired, students are encouraged to seek and achieve. Pushing aside conventional typologies and making way for self-directed learning, empowered by teachers as facilitators of knowledge and the school community as participants.
