The Palm Beach mixed-use residential tower is conceived as a refined coastal landmark that combines elevated apartment living with an activated, subtropical street presence. The design responds to its prominent corner setting through a sculpted form of sweeping balconies, softened edges, and a distinctive vertical screen that gives the building a recognisable identity from both the street and the beachfront.
Generous, curved terraces wrap each residence, maximising outlook, daylight, and natural ventilation while creating a layered façade that reflects the relaxed rhythm of the coastal environment. Deep overhangs, recessed glazing, and integrated screening provide shade and privacy, while warm timber soffits and light-toned finishes bring a sense of warmth and material richness to the architecture.
At ground level, the building forms a landscaped mixed-use podium with active tenancies, resident entry spaces, and sheltered pedestrian edges. Arched openings and textured façade elements establish a more intimate scale at the street, while subtropical planting softens the interface between the tower, footpath, and surrounding neighbourhood.
The tower rises above this active base as a series of elegant, horizontal layers, with planted terraces and screened vertical elements providing visual relief and reinforcing a connection to Palm Beach’s coastal landscape. The result is a contemporary residential address that balances resort-style amenity, urban activation, and an enduring architectural presence within the evolving Palm Beach precinct.
